The structure of the industrial door with panels is made of galvanized steel elements. The door curtain is entirely made of steel panels filled with polyurethane foam or freon free foam, painted or veneered. Industrial doors with panels are made to fit any dimensions up to max. 8 m width and 5 m height. The door steel elements are galvanized and the customised choice of torsion springs ensures reliable door operation for many years. The springs are regularly set for 25,000 thousand cycles with the option of changing into 50,000 thousand cycles. 2 to 4 torsion springs are installed in the doors–depending on the door size.
The standard equipment includes as follows: steel panels filled with polyurethane foam, a bolt, a set of vertical and horizontal tracks, fittings, hinges, rollers, wire or spring breaking protection system. The door control may be performed manually or automatically. A wide colour range and the possibility of using extra equipment allow for the adaptation of the door to the customers individual preferences.

We offer three versions of industrial door drive control.
Semi-automatic

The door drive is controlled automatically with a manually operated wall switch (controller). The door drive is working only when the wall switch is on.
Automatic
Automatic
The door drive is started manually with a wall switch (controller). After pressing the on/off switch, the door moves upwards or downwards automatically. The drive operation is stopped automatically. In case there is any obstruction at the door curtain route, the drive is stopped automatically and the door returns to its open position.
Automatic with a radio transmitter

The door drive is started by radio with a remote control. In case there is any obstruction at the door curtain route, the drive is stopped automatically and the door returns to its open position.

Service door
Service door
Service door enables the access to the garage enhancing the door functionality. A low aluminium threshold of 30 mm ensures comfortable entrance. The door is filled with panels. It is not used in doors with LHR track systems.
Track system
Thanks to offering several versions of tracks, it is possible to choose the best solution for each particular door installation.
ST track system
ST track system is used when the lintel height is minimum 350 mm. Torsion springs are installed in front by the lintel, the door with single horizontal tracks.
LHR track system
LHR tracks are installed when the lintel height is min. 120 mm (for manual doors) and 170 mm (for automatic doors). Torsion springs are installed at the end of the horizontal tracks, the door with double horizontal tracks.
VL track system
VL – A door with horizontal tracks, springs installed in front of the lintel.
HL track system
HL – A door with a high lintel, springs installed in front of the lintel.
