1. The protective foil is imposed in order to protect the panel during transport and installation. 2. The organic layer protects the anti-corrosion layers of steel tin. 3. Galfan is the protective, zinc-aluminium layer securing steel. 4. Steel tin thickness 0,5 mm. 5. Freon-free poliurethane foam.
40 mm panel is filled with poliurethane, freon-free foam, covered with 0,5 mm galvanized tin.
The hight of panel is available in 500 mm or 610 mm. The panel is characterized by high termal insulation (coefficient U = 0,54 W/m2K).
The high level of anti-corrosion protection is provided by the suitable layers made of zinc-aluminium alloy, placed hot on the tin by immersing. The low weight of panels contributes to the low weight of the whole door which facilitates its handling.
Security
Overload switch (in the drive)
